What Makes Our Product Unique & Distinct?

Unlike most of the earthen pots that you see today are Made of Die in factories, we procure our products from potters residing in various parts of our country that still uses the Potter’s Wheel.
Most earthen pots are Dried in Ovens at high temperatures to dry them faster which completely ruins the natural clay properties. Instead, we leave them to dry in the open air and natural sunlight.
Most earthen pots available in the market are coated with chemical paints or glazed that imparts them glossiness and shine. Swadeshi Blessings highly condemn this wrongful act. Our Products are made using Naturally excavated Clay.

Harmful effects of Cooking in Aluminium Utensils

Food cooked in aluminium vessels or in aluminium foil can absorb aluminium because it gets easily dissolved into food and water during the cooking process.
This absorbed aluminium goes into the bloodstream and accumulates in different organs in different people causing a multitude of effects.
Some unpleasant effects of eating food cooked in aluminium are hyper-acidity, indigestion, flatulence, skin problems like pigmentation, dandruff, and chronic inflammation of the intestine.
Aluminium also reduces growth of bone and predisposes to osteoporosis.

The simplest measure of replacing aluminium cooking vessels is with Earthen Cookware that inturn adds many essential nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and sulphur to food.

Usage & Storage Instructions

When you start using the product for the first time, immerse the pot with lid in water or buttermilk for 24 hours. Then wash it thoroughly from both inside & outside with the Ash. This will remove the firing ash stuck with the product if any. Then allow it to dry up in sunlight for a few hours before using it for the first time.
This gives the product better strength & robustness. That water or buttermilk can be used in the meal (Zero wastage).
Start cooking with a low flame and then move to medium flame after a few minutes. Sudden rise or fall of the temperature may lead to its cracking.
Don’t Pre-heat the empty pot and avoid adding cold water to the pot that is already heated.
Don’t use harsh detergents, since clay is porous and this might absorb the chemicals that will be hazardous to health. 50gms COW DUNG ASH INCLUDED FOR CLEANING THE ‘ORGANIC WAY’.
MOLD ISSUE: Since Clay is porous, it might absorb moisture from the air and eventually might lead to mold formation. If any mold forms during the storage period, sprinkle Baking Soda on Inside & Outside of the pot, then rinse with warm water using a soft brush/sponge to remove the mold. It is good to be used for cooking again.

I started as a trial with doubts, but it turned to be amamzing. the pots ae really excellent and cooking taste and experience has been superb. The cooking in these natural pots taste fantatstic! I had to order again. It is very handy to cook and has very high insulation and food remains steaming hot for long times. suits the dining table. Enviornament friendly product is very useful in my home in Maharani Bagh, New Delhi and my farm in Chatarpur. I highly recommend it.

So far so good. The item was delivered intact with proper packaging and no damage. After leaving it in water for couple of day and seasoning with coconut oil, I could literally smell the fresh earthiness of the clay. I've been cooking stews and bone broth in this pot and I can tell you that the aroma is absolutely amazing. The only difference with a metal pot wrt cooking is that it takes just a bit longer for clay pot to boil the water but it's worth it. It's very light too which really surprised me and easy to handle and lift. The pot is made by an experienced potter which is obvious by the build of the pot. The lid sits seamlessly on top and completely traps the heat inside

Excellent Claypot. 4.5 Litres worked out well for me. Exactly as seen in the pictures. It is beautiful. Fast shipping, excellent customer service; all my questions were answered very quickly. I've used it to make Biryani so far, and the meat came out very tender and moist and the flavors were more rounded (baked it low and slow). I look forward to using it for beans, lentils, stews etc. Cleaning was a breeze. I did use a little bit of baking soda and a non-abrasive scrubber.

I just received my item and let me just say how marvelous it is! opening the box it just felt like a portal from India! It was truly a joyous moment to receive this item 🙌 There are some minor color imperfections which make it look authentic & unique I just absolutely love everything about it! Its super thick & heavy. I know this will last years. I am Mexican & eat beans almost daily, I am just now starting to look into Indian cuisine & I cannot just wait to buy more of these products! I got the smallest size & i am just waiting to get my next paycheck to purchase more & have the entire collection. The Mexican beat pot I have is glazed & it is incredibly thin & worth only 12 dollars at my local Hispanic store. This price for the pot is absolutely worth it. I will not be using my other bean pot ever again!

I recently switched from non- stick to clay pots and Swadeshi Blessings made that decision seamless! I purchased several pots and kadais in various sizes all of them were of top quality. Arrived in excellent condition all the way from India to the US. Commendable customer service 24/7. Highly recommend their products. A few do's and don'ts below from my experience: 1. Please follow the initial seasoning process to the T to avoid any pot/ heart breaks! You can reach out to the team and they'll share a video that'll guide you through the process. 2.Use only black pots for setting curd/ yoghurt. Red ones blister. 3. NEVER cook on high flame or deep fry stuff in these pots. It leaves cracks at the bottom but did not affect its functionality. 4. Dry them fully before storing in an open cabinet/space.

I have cooked everything from dal to curry to pulao to even plain rice in this. and everything tastes instantly better than the metal utensils ones. Planning to make kheer in this too, very soon. Its sturdy and easy to clean.
